Different from Executive Coaching, where the focus is on providing tools for personal improvement, and support is usually provided by people without real hands-on operational experience, in our case we put our years of knowledge, experience and real life proven results in the Pharmaceutical Industry as a resource to help leaders to aspire high, provoke change, challenge the status quo, look for new ways to do things, execute flawlessly and with integrity and at the same time seek to have a balanced personal life.
