Electio Consulting
Power of Knowledge and Proven Success in the
Latin American Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Markets
ABOUT
When we decided to partner and start a novel consulting firm, we realized that our in depth understanding of Latin America and expertise in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industry, coupled with our corporate knowledge and proven success record could create a unique alternative for companies seeking real and meaningful advice to their business needs in this region.
That is why we chose the name Electio Consulting. "Electio" is the Latin equivalent of the word 'alternative' and its literal meaning is choice, selection, or option. Thus, Electio Consulting is a "boutique" consulting firm, seeking to become a trusted knowledgeable business partner to its clients.
What makes us different is that we do not come from academia or big consulting firms. We are all former business executives of corporations that were confronted with real business issues and managed them with success. As we say at Electio Consulting: "we've been there, we've done it, and we know the players". Our approach is to bring Solid Advice based through our extensive knowledge, experience and robust network. When providing advisory or management consulting services, different from long and tedious processes, we prefer to provide “to the point” well thought-out Pragmatic Solutions.
Our focus is in the quality of the content, to be fully involved with our client by integrating us as a committed player of their team, bring thoughtful alternatives and support their decision making process and implementation.
In addition, we are very passionate about “Mentoring” leaders in the region to grow to a global level of performance and be highly successful in managing the complexity of today’s challenging Industry and working environment.
